ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Aflatoxin B1. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with the pre-coated aflatoxin B in standards for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Aflatoxin B1 and has no cross-reactivity to various homologues.
