Professional Lymphocyte Subset Detection Service

Lymphoblast differentiation

The immune system is the body's core defense line against diseases, and its functional status directly impacts health and disease progression. Lymphocytes, as the central components of the immune system, consist of functionally distinct subsets such as T cells, B cells, and NK cells, which maintain a delicate balance and intricate collaboration.

Our Immunoassessment Technology Service Platform provides professional Lymphocyte Subset Detection Services. Through precise quantitative analysis of these key immune cell populations, Creative Diagnostics offers you an objective and comprehensive evaluation of immune function. This detection has become a vital tool in assisting the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency disorders, malignancies, hematologic diseases, and infectious diseases. It also holds significant value in monitoring treatment efficacy, prognostic evaluation, and health status assessment.

Our platform integrates a multi-technology detection system and has established standardized operating procedures alongside stringent quality control standards, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of every test report.

Our Services

Creative Diagnostics provides comprehensive immunoassessment technology services centered on lymphocyte subset analysis.

1. Core Detection Items: Fine Subtyping of Lymphocyte Subsets

We analyze human peripheral blood samples, providing absolute counts and relative percentages for the following key indicators:

Detection Item Primary Significance & Brief Description
Total T Lymphocytes (CD3+) Reflects the overall level of the body's cellular immunity and is the core force of adaptive immune responses.
Helper/Inducer T Cells (CD3+CD4+) The "commanders" coordinating immune responses, responsible for activating B cells, macrophages, and other T cells. Their decrease is commonly seen in immunodeficiency.
Suppressor/Cytotoxic T Cells (CD3+CD8+) The "soldiers" executing killing functions, capable of eliminating virus-infected cells or tumor cells. Abnormal values are associated with various diseases.
CD4+/CD8+ Ratio A key indicator for assessing the balance of the immune internal environment. A ratio that is too high or too low suggests a potentially dysregulated immune system.
B Lymphocytes (CD3-CD19+) Reflects humoral immune function, responsible for producing specific antibodies, and is the main force defending against extracellular pathogen infections.
Natural Killer Cells (NK Cells, CD3-CD16+CD56+) Represents the killing function of innate immunity, capable of non-specifically and directly eliminating diseased cells, serving as the first line of defense against tumors and viral infections.

2. Expanded Immunological Indicator Detection

Leveraging our professional service platform, we can also provide related expanded detection based on client research or clinical auxiliary needs, such as:

  • Detection of expression or secretion levels of specific cytokines (e.g., IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ).
  • Quantitative analysis of complement system components (e.g., C3, C4).
  • Further subdivision studies of other specific functional lymphocyte subsets.

Service Advantages

Our core advantage lies in integrating extensive project experience with a stringent end-to-end quality control system, built upon a professional medical testing laboratory that meets standards and a comprehensive technology service platform. From sample reception and standardized processing to precise detection and data analysis, every step follows SOPs, ensuring data accuracy and reproducibility. We are committed to providing efficient and convenient services with a standard turnaround time of approximately 1 week, delivering professional reports that include raw data and clear analytical results, fully supporting your research, development, and diagnostic needs.

Workflow

Sample Type: Heparin sodium anticoagulated peripheral blood
Sampling & Shipping Requirements:

  • Please use qualified blood collection tubes and collect venous blood following standardized procedures. Gently invert the tube to mix immediately after collection.
  • Fresh whole blood samples are recommended to arrive at the laboratory within 24-48 hours of collection.
  • During transport, samples must be kept under 2-8°C refrigeration conditions (using ice packs or a refrigerated container), avoiding vigorous shaking or freezing.

Contact our service team to confirm the detection plan, sample quantity, and specific arrangements.
Complete the required Sample Information Form and ship it along with the qualified samples to the designated address.

The laboratory verifies sample information and checks sample condition (blood volume, anticoagulation, presence of hemolysis or clots).
Upon passing quality inspection, samples are immediately scheduled for the standard testing process.

Professional analysis and review of the raw data obtained from testing.
Within the agreed timeframe, the complete Immunoassessment Experimental Raw Data and Analysis Report will be delivered to you in electronic format (or paper copy as agreed).

Notes

To ensure smooth testing progress, please pay special attention to the following:

1. Sample Quality is Key

  • Please ensure the provision of fresh, uncontaminated, and non-severely hemolyzed blood samples, as sample quality directly impacts experimental results.
  • For special projects requiring periodic sample collection, samples can be pre-processed and cryopreserved:
Heparin sodium anticoagulated peripheral blood: It is recommended to isolate Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) using lymphocyte separation medium, then cryopreserve them programmatically in liquid nitrogen using FBS with 10% DMSO for long-term storage.
Non-anticoagulated peripheral blood (for serum separation): After clotting at room temperature, centrifuge, collect the serum, aliquot, and store at -80°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

2. Communication & Consultation

  • If your project has special requirements, or if you have any questions regarding detection indicators or sample handling, please fully communicate with our technical team before project initiation.
The service is for research only, not for clinical use.
