ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses direct competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Aflatoxin. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with the aflatoxin-HRP enzyme conjugate for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
The ELISA kit can detect Aflatoxin B1, Aflatoxin B2, Aflatoxin G1, and Aflatoxin G2.

The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
