ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses direct competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Atrazine. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with the atrazine alkaline Phosphatase conjugate for antibodies. After a suitable temperature and a certain period of incubation and washing, the color reaction is carried out and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Atrazine and almost has no cross-reactivity to other various homologs.
