ELISA Kit Principle:
This ELISA kit uses sandwich ELISA to quantitatively detect Bovine Milk Residues. The anti-bovine milk residues antibody is fixed on the microtiter plate, and then the sample to be tested is added. Wash after a certain period of incubation at a suitable temperature. Add HRP enzyme-labeled antibody, and then add TMD for color development. The color result is measured by an automatic plate reader at 450 nm.
Cross Activity:
The cross-reactivity of this ELISA kit for various congeners was Ewe’s (sheep’s) milk (<0.2%), Goat’s milk (< 0.002%), Casein (< 0.02%), respectively.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
