ELISA Kit Principle:

The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Alpha-Lactalbumin and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
