ELISA Kit Principle:
This ELISA kit uses sandwich ELISA to quantitatively detect Bovine Lactoferrin. The anti-bovine lactoferrin antibody is fixed on the microtiter plate, and then the sample to be tested is added. Wash after a certain period of incubation at a suitable temperature. Add the strepavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (SA-HRP), and then add TMD for color development. The color result is measured by an automatic plate reader at 450 nm.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Lactoferrin and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
