ELISA Kit Principle:
This kit uses a sandwich ELISA to measure Ciguatoxin 1B. Pre-coat the ciguatoxin 1B antibody on the plate, and then add the sample to be tested containing the antigen. After adding the enzyme-labelled specific antibody, the color is developed with the TMB substrate. The color of the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the test substance.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects CTX1B and 54-deoxyCTX1B, and has no cross-reactivity to CTX3C series.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
