ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Clenbuterol. The antigen in the sample to be tested compete with solid phase bound clenbuterol for a fixed number of antiserum binding sites. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the enzyme conjugate is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
The cross-reactivity of this ELISA kit for various congeners was Clenbuterol (100%), Terbutalin, Mabuterol, Brombuterol, Salbutamal and Ractopamine (<1%).
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
