Warn:
The standard solution component of the ELISA kit contains a small amount of Coplanar Polychlorinated Biphenyls, and the stop solution contains dilute sulfuric acid, please do not touch it directly.
Assay Type:
Direct competitive
ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses direct competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Coplanar PCBs. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with the coplanar PCB ligand labeled with an ezyme (HRP) for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
The ELISA kit exhibits very good cross-reactivity with various congeners.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
Notice:
In order to reduce the influence of various variables on the experimental results during the experiment, you must strictly control the experimental conditions, and the entire experimental operation process should be completed by the same person.
Precautions before Use:
Prepare the methanol, deionized water, pipette, etc. required for the test, and perform treatments such as grinding, dissolving, filtering, and diluting the sample to be tested.
Detection Method:
Colorimetric
Shipping Condition:
Ice packs
