ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Deoxynivalenol. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with pre-coated deoxynivalenol in the plate for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Deoxynivalenol, and has no cross-reactivity to various homologues.
