ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Dioxins and Furans. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with pre-coated dioxins and furans in the plate for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
The ELISA kit exhibits very good cross-reactivity with all toxic congeners.
