ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Egg White Protein. The egg white protein will be bound to pre-coated ovomucoid in the plate. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Egg White Protein and almost has no cross-reactivity.

The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
