ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses direct competition ELISA to quantitatively detect ES (Estrogen). The ES in the sample to be tested will compete with E2-enzyme conjugate for the specific antibodies immobilized on the surface of the wells. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured by a microplate reader. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects E1, E2, E3 and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
