ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect IgG antibodies to food allergen. The food allergen IgG specific antibodies of the sample to be tested will be bound to pre-coated antigen complexes in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the HRP-conjugated antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Specific IgG Antibody and almost has no cross-reactivity to other various homologs.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
