ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Hazelnut. The antibody directed against hazelnut proteins will be bound to pre-coated hazelnut in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the peroxidase conjugated second antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Hazelnut and almost has no cross-reactivity.
