Assay Procedure Summary:
1. Prepare the reagents, standards, and samples needed for testing; 2. Add 50 µL/well sample and 50 µL detection solution A to the microtiter plate, incubate 1 h at 37°C; 3. After washing 3 times then add 100 µL of the prepared detection solution B and incubate 30 min at 37°C; 4. After washing 5 times, add 90 µL of substrate solution and incubate 10 min at 37°C;5. Terminated by the addition of 50 µL stop solution, the absorbance was read at 450 nm by a microplate reader.
