Warn:
The stop solution contains dilute sulfuric acid, please do not touch it directly.
ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Specific IgE. The allergen-specific IgE of the sample to be tested will be bound to pre-coated allergen disc in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the enzyme-labeled anti-IgE is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Allergen Specific Human Immunoglobulin E and almost has no cross-reactivity to other various homologs.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
Notice:
In order to reduce the influence of various variables on the experimental results during the experiment, you must strictly control the experimental conditions, and the entire experimental operation process should be completed by the same person.
Precautions before Use:
Prepare the conjugate, substrate, buffer and stop solution. And before the test analysis, the reagents in the ELISA kit and the sample to be tested need to be incubated to room temperature.
Detection Method:
Colorimetric
Shipping Condition:
Ice packs
