Assay Procedure Summary:
1. Prepare the reagents, standards, and samples needed for testing; 2. Add 100 µL/well sample or standard to the microtiter plate, incubate 2 h at 37°C; 3. Aspirate the reagents added in the previous step, and then add 100 µL of the solution A, incubate 1 h at 37°C; 4. After washing the plate 3 times, add 100 µL of the solution B and incubate 30 min at 37°C; 5. After washing the plate 5 times, add 90 µL of substrate solution and incubate 10-20 min at 37°C; 6. Terminated by the addition of 50 µL stop solution, the absorbance was read at 450 nm by a microplate reader.
