ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Lactoferrin. The lactoferrin will be bound to pre-coated primary monoclonal antibody to LTF in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the anti-lactoferrin antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) are added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Lactoferrin and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 4°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.

Precautions before Use:
