ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect LALBA. The lactoferrin will be bound to pre-coated biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for LALBA in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects LALBA and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 4°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
