ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Hydroxyproline. The antigen in the sample to be tested compete with solid phase bound hydroxyproline for the anti-hydroxyproline antibody. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Hydroxyproline and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 4°C or -20°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
