ELISA Kit Principle:
This ELISA kit uses sandwich ELISA to quantitatively detect Lactoferrin. The polyclonal antibody specific for lactoferrin is fixed on the microtiter plate, and then the sample to be tested is added. Wash after a certain period of incubation at a suitable temperature. Add the streptavidinperoxidase conjugate, and then add TMD for color development. The color result is measured by an automatic plate reader at 450 nm.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Lactoferrin and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
