ELISA Kit Principle:
This ELISA kit uses sandwich ELISA to quantitatively detect Lupin. The anti-lupin antibody is fixed on the microtiter plate, and then the sample to be tested is added. The color result is measured by an automatic plate reader at 450 nm.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit has cross-reactivity to all commonly used lupin species.
