ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Melamine. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with pre-coated melamine in the plate for antibodies. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
