ELISA Kit Principle:
The kit is based on fluorescence detection to measure Hg2+. The mercury sensor itself hardly fluoresces, but after binding to Hg2+, it will produce a fluorescence increase of more than 500 times. Then use a fluorescence microplate reader to measure the fluorescence value.
Cross Activity:
This kit specifically detects Hg2+ and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds.
