ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses Competitive inhibition ELISA to detect Okadaic Acid. After a suitable temperature and a certain period of incubation and washing, the color reaction is carried out. Based on the inhibition of okadaic acid on phosphatase activity, the substrate hydrolysis was detected at 405 nm.
Cross Activity:
The ELISA kit exhibits very good cross-reactivity with all Okadaic Acid (OA) and other carboxylic toxins of the OA group including DTX1, DTX2 and DTX3 by a colorimetric phosphatase inhibition assay.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 4-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.

Precautions before Use:
