Warn:
The standard solution component of the ELISA kit contains a small amount of Orchratoxin-A, and the stop solution contains dilute sulfuric acid, please do not touch it directly.
Assay Type:
Indirect competitive
ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Orchratoxin-A. The antigen in the sample to be tested will compete with orchratoxin-A immobilized to the wells of the microtitrate plate for antibodies. After a suitable temperature and a certain period of incubation and washing, the secondary antibody is added then the color reaction is carried out and the intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Orchratoxin-A, and has no cross-reactivity to various homologues.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.
Notice:
In order to reduce the influence of various variables on the experimental results during the experiment, you must strictly control the experimental conditions, and the entire experimental operation process should be completed by the same person.
Precautions before Use:
Prepare the methanol, deionized water, pipette, etc. required for the test, and perform treatments such as grinding, dissolving, filtering, and diluting the sample to be tested.
Detection Method:
Colorimetric
Shipping Condition:
Ice packs
