ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect competition ELISA to quantitatively detect Ractopamine. The antigen in the sample to be tested compete with solid phase bound ractopamine for the primary antibody specific for the target drug. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the secondary antibody is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is negatively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
The cross-reactivity of this ELISA kit for various congeners was Ractopamine (100%), Dobutamine (1%), Clenbuterol, Dopamine Hydrochloride and Salbutamol (<0. 1%), respectively.
