Assay Procedure Summary:
1. Prepare the reagents, standards, and samples needed for testing; 2. Add 50 µL/well sample and 50 µL detection solution A to the microtiter plate, incubate 1 h at 37°C; 3. After washing 3 times then add 100 µL of the prepared detection solution B and incubate 30 min at 37°C; 5. After washing 5 times, add 100 µL of substrate solution and incubate 10 min at 37°C before reading the RLU value.
