ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Sesame. The antibody directed against sesame proteins will be bound to pre-coated mustard in the plate. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Sesame and almost has no cross-reactivity.
