ELISA Kit Principle:
The ELISA kit uses indirect ELISA to quantitatively detect Tropomyosin. The tropomyosin will be bound to pre-coated antibody directed against tropomyosin in the plate. After incubation and washing at a suitable temperature and a certain period of time, the peroxidase conjugated second antibody directed against tropomyosin is added, and then TMD is added for the color reaction and the result is measured at 405 nm. The intensity of the color in the microplate is positively correlated with the concentration of the analyte.
Cross Activity:
This ELISA kit specifically detects Tropomyosin and almost has no cross-reactivity to other compounds of similar structure.
Storage:
The ELISA kit should be stored at 2-8°C and should be performed at room temperature when used.

Precautions before Use:
