We are looking for experienced and talented biotechnologists to build a unique technology platform for our company that will contribute to ELISA testing and ELISA development. Here you can feel the diverse culture and good working atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and promotion of new technologies within the company.
• Screening, identifying technologies related to ELISA, and bringing them into our research platform.
• Collaborate with research teams to develop new technologies that facilitate experimental progress.
• Develop plans regarding the introduction of new technologies and summarize the progress of work regularly.
• Establish novel technology platforms that have potential value in ELISA development services and ELISA testing services.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioengineering or Biochemistry is preferred, Ph.D. in other disciplines working on ELISA-related work may also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a biotechnology company.
• Ability to manage a team and lead biotechnologists together.
• Have a clear knowledge of the industry and be able to design projects independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems encountered in new technologies and have the ability to improvise.
• Proficient in biotechnology in ELISA, especially in novel ELISA techniques such as microfluidic ELISA, paper-based ELISA, magnetic-bead ELISA, etc.
