We are looking for sales managers who can be responsible for the sales of our products and services, including ELISA kits covering a wide range of research areas, ELISA development services, ELISA testing services, ELISA kit customization services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ELISA products and services.
  • Lead the sales team and manage the sales staff.
  • Actively seek new customers and maintain existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional ELISA technical support.
  • Develop a sales plan according to the sales situation and ensure the implementation of the sales plan.
  • Customer-oriented, keep close contact with customers for a long time, and understand their requirements.
  • Coordinate the sales department with other functional departments based on market feedback to ensure maximum resource utilization.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in biology or biochemistry-related field.
  • Quick thinking and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good at knowing people and coordinating teamwork.
  • Familiar with the principle, operation, and application of ELISA.
  • Positive and enthusiastic with good communication skills with customers.
