We are looking for experimental scientists who can help our company develop new ELISA products and related service programs, including ELISA assay services, ELISA development services, and ELISA kit customization services. Here, your career will reach new heights.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ELISA kits according to market demand.
• Manage the whole team as the general manager of the experimental department.
• Share new information and techniques related to ELISA and give training presentations to the lab staff.
• Evaluate the service needs of customers and discuss the service content of the project with customers.
• Develop new ELISA service projects, including protocol design, feasibility analysis, protocol execution, data aggregation, optimization & validation, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biology-related majors, and more than 5 years of work experience in ELISA R&D in biological CRO companies.
• Strong working ability to control the innovative direction of ELISA service projects.
• Strong management skills, able to make the teamwork together and do their job.
• Good communication skills, able to communicate well and effectively with clients and the team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, always putting quality first, and being able to put the customer at the center.
